The prices on our website are priced in Kenya Shilling (Kshs). Payment authorization and settlement during checkout is also processed in Kenya Shilling.
The prices are subject to change without notice.
All prices exclude delivery fee or installation fee where applicable. Free delivery within Nairobi and delivery fee charged to Nairobi outskirts.
We may occassionally offer products on sale or at special pricing. Such deals will be limited to specific products and are subject to stock availability. Delivery fee and terms may apply.

Warranty policy
- All medical equipment at DoubleB Healthcare Supplies store are covered with a warranty. The warranty period is indicated in each equipment product description.
- Warranty covers a replacement or repair of faulty equipment. Contact us immediately for any issue that might happen to our equipment within the warranty period which is not man-made. email us describing the detail problem info@doublebhealthcaresupplies.com.
- Within the warranty period DoubleB Healthcare Supplies store will be responsible for covering the fee of the new spare parts and their shipping cost into your destination. If the faulty equipment needs to be sent back to our store for checking and repairs, then we will cover the shipping fee back to our store.Upon its arrival to our store, we will cover the fee of the repair and ship it back to you for free as well.
- If your purchased equipment is out of warranty period, then you can report the issue to us into info@doublebhealthcaresupplies.com and our technical support team will issue you a report for the repair fee based on the nature of the fault.
